LIC HFL Recruitment 2021: Job news for candidates aspiring for a government job in LIC Housing Finance. LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC-HFL) Company has issued an advertisement for the recruitment of Associate for Social Responsibility (CSR) functions. As per the advertisement released on 24 May 2021 by the company, applications are being invited from qualified candidates for a total of 6 Associate vacancies in the cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, and Bhopal. Candidates should note that LIC-HFL has to recruit associate’s posts on a contractual basis. The contract period will initially be six months, which can be extended later for the next six months.

Who can apply?

Only those candidates who have passed Masters Degree in Social Work or Rural Management from a recognized university or other higher education institution with minimum 55% marks are eligible to apply for LIC-HFL Associate Recruitment 2021. However, candidates with degree from distance learning, part-time and correspondence mode are not eligible to apply. Apart from this, the age of the candidate should be between 23 and 30 years on 1 January 2021.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test and interview. All the candidates have to take the online test and according to the merit list based on its marks, the candidates will be invited for the interview. However, the final list will be prepared based on the marks of both the online test and interview.

Salary

Selected candidates will be given a salary (CTC) of Rs 6 to 9 lakhs per annum after appointment.
